RESPONSIBILITIES: Finance, Planning POD, Signing ALL Orders, Processing of ID’s, and overseeing the Unit as a whole.

Responsibilities: 2^nd in Command, Training

Jeff Green (Admin. Officer NSCC) Home # 410-861-6799

Responsibilities: Secures and updates all service jackets pertaining to NSCC Cadets, tracking and making sure all awards, advancements, and required paperwork are in their proper place. Works close with the CO.

Scott Spitnale (Instructor/ training)

Responsibilities: Instruct Cadets in Military Bearing, drill and formation.

Tiersa Kieffer (Admin Officer for NLCC)

Responsibilities: Same as above for the NSCC Admin. Officer

Chris Barbot (Web Master)

Responsibilities: Post all POD’s, pictures and other important information to our web page.

Andrew Bowen (PT Instructor)

Responsibilities: Insures that all Cadets are or will be physically ready for Boot Camps etc. Is under the instruction of CO., also assist in conducting parent meeting, and Auxiliary.

Lloyd Emswiler (PT Instructor/ Supply Officer) 240-694-9889

Responsibilities: Will ensure all Cadets have their proper uniforms and gear, insignias etc.

Responsibilities: Will assist staff and Cadets when available

Rich Hetherington (Instructor/ Supply Officer) 301-824-6225

Responsibilities: Will ensure all Cadets have their proper uniforms and gear, insignias etc.

Kellie Pemberton (Instructor)

Heather Johnson (Volunteer Photographer)

Responsibilities: Takes photo’s at Drills, outings, events that are forward to Nationals and to local papers.
